Absolutely ghost them. That is step one in any healthy personal growth journey. If someone starts accurately identifying patterns, motives, and accountability, that is a huge red flag. Trust your instincts. Growth is supposed to feel comfortable and validating at all times. Switching therapists is also good, but only if you do it strategically. Find one who agrees with you immediately, blames your parents, your exes, society, mercury in retrograde, and maybe capitalism. If they ever say something like how does that pattern keep showing up for you, you’ve picked the wrong one. Leave before they update their notes. Stopping therapy entirely is the elite move though. Self awareness is overrated and frankly dangerous. Plenty of people live long, fulfilling lives repeating the same three relationship mistakes forever. You do not need insight. You need vibes, distance, and maybe a new podcast that confirms you are actually the most emotionally intelligent person you know.
You just did. This is your boss.

Start spreading rumors and then telling people you know who started them. Then sit back and watch people start fighting and accusing each other. Make sure one of the rumors is about you too.
