Ask for feedback from the least affected person. Their confidence will be spectacular.
Stand near the issue with a mug. That creates the appearance of stewardship.
Schedule a check-in with the problem. If it declines, that is consent to ignore it.
Make a spreadsheet and then refuse to open it. Planning counts as growth if the file exists.
